hello its great to be able to admit your shy to other people who are shy just like me and who feel awkward and get nervous just like i do ,and they can understand and relate to how i feel and how it effects me in my life and makes everything much harder to do because you feel shy all the time, it holds me back from doing the things i would like to do but aren't confident enough to do .

aww, i know how you feel! i wish i was one of those "shy" people that looks like they're handling everything just great, even though they're a wreck inside, but I can't even do that- i'm always nervous and it shows (imma shoulders hunched, eyes to the floor, nervous laughing, hair adjusting, mumbly sort of gal)!
but i hope you can get through it all to get what you want out of life!
